Build your PMC
Turn an exposed field compound into an operational stronghold. Develop infrastructure, research capabilities, recruit specialised forces and build the logistics needed to sustain them.

Command Network · Closed Alpha Access
Sarachovia collapsed in seventy-two hours. The government is gone, the borders are sealed, and every road, depot, and ruined city now has a price.
Build a private military company, choose who you work with, command your forces, and fight to shape what comes next.

Persistent modern military strategy
Sarachovia is built around more than expansion. Develop your PMC, choose who you work with, commit the right force to the right problem and compete for influence across a shared strategic campaign.

Turn an exposed field compound into an operational stronghold. Develop infrastructure, research capabilities, recruit specialised forces and build the logistics needed to sustain them.

Build standing with Sarachovian organisations through Contracts, cooperate with other PMCs and form Alliances whose interests can create opportunities, obligations and rivals.

Scout targets, undertake Contracts, conduct Raids, reinforce allies and move forces across the theatre. Information, timing and preparation shape every commitment.

Build an account-level Specialist Formation collection and prepare for structured 3v3 evaluations where composition, roles, traits and progression are designed to matter.

Operate alongside rival commanders, allied PMCs and competing factions across a persistent campaign whose history is written by the companies fighting inside it.
Inside the command network
The compound, force roster, Contract Network, intelligence picture and operational map all compete for the same time, personnel and resources.

Evaluation programme
In developmentContractor League
A persistent Specialist Formation collection and competitive layer being built alongside the main theatre.
Contractor League · In development
Contractor League is being built as an account-level Specialist Formation programme: collect distinct formations, develop them through use and enter asynchronous 3v3 evaluations where roster composition and tactical interaction matter.
It is not a replacement for the persistent-world army. Specialist Formations sit in a separate progression layer so the League can add long-term collection and competitive goals without bypassing a fresh theatre’s military progression.
Relationships
Firepower opens doors, but relationships decide which doors exist. Contracts already build separate faction standing, while Alliances let players organise around shared interests and threats.
As Sarachovia’s PvE systems expand, those relationships are intended to become a deeper strategic layer: factions with their own capacity, priorities and responses rather than static mission vendors.

Faction standing
Contracts build separate relationships with Sarachovian organisations.
Alliance network
Players can cooperate, organise and pursue shared strategic interests.
Access & opportunity
Reputation affects the work and networks available to your PMC.
Living-world direction
Future PvE deepens how factions react, compete and pursue their own objectives.
The fall of Sarachovia
By sunrise, the government had vanished. Regional commanders seized military stockpiles, airfields changed hands overnight, and police units withdrew to defend their own towns and families.
Then the borders closed. Officially, the outside world called it an internal conflict. Unofficially, money, weapons, and intelligence began flowing in from every direction.
The national broadcast went dark. No emergency message followed.
Ministers abandoned the capital. Commanders stopped answering orders.
The country did not fall to an invader. It tore itself apart.

As Sarachovia expands, medals, achievements, Specialist Formations and campaign records are intended to give commanders a history that lasts beyond one world.
The road ahead
Closed Alpha is proving the foundations. The next stages expand Specialist Warfare, faction relationships and PvE before the longer-term living conflict systems arrive. Plans can move as Alpha evidence changes; the direction matters more than a premature release date.
